No. This is an immersive Halloween Town environment. There are no actors and no jump-scares. We designed the entire experience to be spooky, not scary. You choose-your-own-adventure as you explore the different themed rooms of the world.

Each ticket is good for one-hour inside the space. We have limited the number of people per hour to make sure everyone has the chance to explore, play and take pictures without crowds.

Each ticket is good for 1-hour of entry into the experience. The hour of experience is based on the initial time stamped on the ticket and concludes 60 minutes following that time.

Most costumes are allowed. However, there are few things that are not allowed inside. That list includes:

Full face masks

Weapons of any kind

Violent costumes or costumes with disturbing and/or bloody themes

Yes, we have made sure this entire experience is appropriate for all-ages. In addition, we have a special kids-sized Halloween Town – Monster Mansion Land – outside that is just for little ones.

This is a rain or shine event. Most of the experience is housed inside. The only portion outside is Monster Mansion Lane, the kid’s only halloween area.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your ticketed time. This way we can ensure all guests have the benefit of the full experience.

Each ticket is good for entry any time during the 1-hour slot printed on the ticket. Due the limited capacity of the event, we cannot guarantee that any additional accommodations can be made for late arrivals.
